06:00 Pacific Time

14:00 UK Time   21:00 TW Time

Part 2: Thursday  October 8th

06:00 Pacific Time

14:00 UK Time   21:00 TW Time

Both sessions are scheduled to run for ~5 hours

Please share this invitation with all users of your Harold or PICWave licences
(or even those who may be interested to start).

Who is this for?

This course is aimed at users who have worked through the manual’s learning guides and are hoping to become proficient users. We’ll be tackling common mistakes seen from our support and teaching more about the underlying methods in PICWave and Harold so they can be mastered.

Only use one of Harold or PICWave?

Though we encourage attendees to learn the full capabilities of the software, you’re welcome to attend just the parts of the course needed for your software of choice. An agenda will be sent to attendees in advance of the course to aid this.

Cost and Payment
The normal price for this course is 320 USD, but we are charging 160 USD per attendee for users whose license is still in maintenance. Universities will also benefit from a further 50% discount (160 USD out of maintenance, 80 USD under maintenance). We hope you agree that this is a modest amount. This course is not run to make profit but just to pay for the considerable time and resources running and preparing these courses. As an existing customer we can provide Net 30 payment terms.

Additional Points

  • There is a limit to the number of attendees on this course. Places will be allocated on a first-come-first served basis.
  • We will use GoToMeeting service (www.gotomeeting.com). Attendees are advised to test that this service works on their networks before they sign up.
  • You can register up to a maximum of 2 attendees per software license “seat”; this is to allow attendees to take part in the hands-on sessions in pairs. The fees for this course assume that you will be using your own Harold/ PICWave license for the hands-on sessions. We recommend that you pair up for the hands on sessions so each software seat will support two attendees.
  • Each session is designed to run for 5 hours. We will try to answer as many of your questions as possible during the training, and depending on the level of interaction it is not uncommon for these sessions to get extended by an hour.
