A new version of CYME 9.5 has been released and is now available for download (requires valid maintenance contract of the CYME software).

The CYME 9.5 software is here to help you with your energy transition efforts. We have invested in the following areas:

• Protection
• Databases
• Planning for behind-the-meter technologies
• New features and improvements

Important notes:

As we move forward with CYME 9.5 and future releases, please note that they will be exclusively 64-bit. For more information on these changes, please consult the CYME 9.5 Readme file.

CYME 9.5 is the last major release with Steady State Analysis with Load Profiles module, including the CYME Profile database. Customers using these capabilities will consequently need to upgrade to the Steady State Analysis with Profiles – Multiprocessing module and migrate the profiles to the Time-Series Database (TSDB) to benefit from the major release at the end of 2025. Be advised that a data migration tool will allow transferring data from the CYME Profiles databases to the new TSDB. The Billing (kWh) data will not be supported by the TSDB.
